Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

RXG is a leading HR Business consulting organization .We are currently hiring for multiple sales roles for one of the leading banks in India. We are hiring forIn Store Sales Executive where you will have the following responsibilities.

Report to your assigned store location, which is a major electronic show room such as Croma, Pai, Reliance Digital etc.
Develop a good working relationship with the store sales team to be notified on consumer loan opportunities.
Engage walk in customers to take loan from the bank for their consumer goods purchases.
Educate interested customers about the loan processes including documentation.
Ensuring the prescribed guidelines and laid down processes are followed in execution of your responsibilities
working days : Monday to Sunday( Weekly off is allowed on one day between Monday to Friday)

Desired Candidate Profile

Education Required :Graduate from any stream or 10+ 3 year Engineering Diploma only
Communication: Good command in the English language along with the regional language
Orientation: Should have an acumen for sales
Experience Level: Fresher or less than < 1 year
Possesion of two wheeler would be an adavantage though not a must
