Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Designation : Sr S/W Engg / Lead (Splunk)

Location : Gurgaon (WFH, post pandemic will be project location), Should be willing to work from project location.

This is a development role. Kindly read the details thoroughly before applying.

Employment : Full Time, Permanent with TEKsystems Global Service Pvt.Ltd.

Must have:

1. Total 8+ years of total IT experience.

2. 3+ years of relevant work experience in advanced Splunk(Searching and reporting, Creating Splunk Knowledge Objects - fields, look ups, Data Model, Summary Index etc, Creating dashboards and Views etc)

3. 3+ years of advanced work experience of Python (as lots of python scripts to be maintained and re-engineered)

4. Web-service integration, SOAP and REST API experience.

5. Credit Card domain experience preferably in Business Processes supporting Card Members such as pricing, loyalty, disclosures, etc.

Nice to have:

1. Banking and Finance knowledge on Triumph (AR), Loyalty, USMR etc. Mostly on the key Card Member & Transaction data

2. Previous experience of production support.

3. Basic knowledge of Big Data (Hive, Spark, Hadoop), Unix & shell programming & Java

4. Good communication skill (as we need to interact with multiple external applications & teams)

5. Some basic level of idea about planning, scheduling, quality (maintaining coding standard)
