*****NIGHT SHIFT***** (7pm-4am)

1.Understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting
2. Use effective sourcing strategies with LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
3.Work on the full life cycle of recruiting (sourcing, screening, interviewing, formatting resumes, interview scheduling, and follow-ups)
