We have opening for RM @ TATA AIA Life Insurance co ltd ,
Role : Relationship Manager
Fixed Salary + Conveyance allowance + Business Income+ Foreign Travel
Job Requirements
Qualifications :
Any Degree /Diploma with life insurance / general insurance sales experience
Minimum 2 years sales experience. Handling team experience will be an added advantage
Functional Competencies,Know Your Company Products and Services
People management skills,Profit driven mindset and entrepreneurial thought process
Behavioral Competencies,Business Acumen
Good Communication skills (English & Local language),Strong Customer Orientation.
Any Sales Professional ( Pls avoid profiles like indoor sales/ Training, Backend Sales)
Should be local Or from last 1 years in the same city. Staying within/surrounding 25 KM from Branch
Having experience of more than 1 Years as an sales professional preferably in field sales.
Having good stability in career with Good communication skills as well.
Between be 23 to 35 & Minimum Graduate
