JOB PROFILE-1. Cost Negotiation and send all quotation new & existing buyers and keep in touch with them for new orders and also all execution of existing orders.
2. Follow the all orders as per planned T & A sheet.
3. Communication with buyer through mailing and verbally and follow up for all
artwork approval and confirmations from buyer side.
4. Co-ordination & communication with buying house merchant as well as in factory's various dept.
5. Ensure smooth communication with customers and suppliers.
6. Developments all type samples (i.e. Photo shoot, Fit sample, Size set, Testing, Pre Production and Shipment sample.) to be sent on time with correct specs/actual trims.
7. To order and follow up on Raw material and accessories for sampling and new development sample stage.
8. Ensure correct consumption and initial costing.
9. Follow up for development samples with R & D / sampling team.
10. Follow up with Accessories and all type Raw material incharge and ensure all accessories are available in factory within time frame.
11. Follow up with planning, production/Quality/logistic team and ensure shipment move on time.
12. Developing new range with the help of R & D team for every season as per mood boards received from buyer.
13. Review of each and every style with QC and R&D department for production feasibility
14. Get all the approved sealed samples & discussed with buying houses technician & handover production file and sample to PPC Dept.
15. Weekly status discuss with production and quality teams.
16. Ensure all running order is going as per our specification and sealed sample with quality standard.
17. Arrange the all type inspection with 3rd party inspection, or Buying house agency.
