To achieve the Planned Sales Revenue from the Focus Market Segments in the assigned segment for all Drger Products and Solutions with focus on all Portfolio by developing Key-Account and managing the business through effective and dynamic Dealers Network,
Job Responsibility
1. Key Account Management
Generate Sales Revenue from the assigned segment in India.
Identify & Register Draeger Safety as a vendor with Key Accounts
Create Demand with these Key account end-customers for Draeger products
Arrange Product presentations with the Key Accounts
Create Contact Matrix
Utilize DDEC
2. Distribution Management
Develop and Manage the Dealers network in the assigned territory
Field Visits & Business Development with Dealers
Monthly Reviews & Action Plan reporting for Dealers
Secondary Sales data from Dealers
3. Cross Functional Team Work
Support the Segment/Business Managers for developing the Focus Market Segments in designated territory
Support the Service Manager to implement the Service Plan in designated territory
Learning & Self Development
4. Learn Draeger Processes & Quality Systems
Participate in Self Learning within & Outside Draeger Knowledge base (D-World)
Improvement in Soft Skills
Job Requirement
Bachelor of Engineering
Sales and Project Sales Experience in the related Territory. Experience of developing Channel Sales Partners.
