Job Description

Candidate should be young & energetic. Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in the Pharma industry, out of which 1-2 years of experience as ASM is must. Candidates having sales experience in Cardiovascular & Diabetic divisions is preferable. Communication skills should be excellent.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) ASM will handle Sales & Business development.
2) Responsible for promoting /marketing /selling pharmaceutical products to Doctors / Stockiest / Chemist through a team.
3) Shall be responsible to achieve Area Sales Target.
4) Development and Retention of team.
5) Working on Key Result Areas ( KRA ).
Note: Candidates having sales experience in Cardiovascular & Diabetic divisions is preferable.
Salary & Incentives: As per the Market standards, based on the Experience & Marketing skills.
