Job Description
Position: Electrical Substation Project Manager
Experience: 10 to 20 Yrs
Qualification: Diploma/BE/B.Tech Electrical
Salary: Negotiable
Job Location: NCR / Ghaziabad
Job Responsibility:
Preparation of Site Working Documentation Bar Bending Schedules
Preparation of Site Modifications (required for site conditions) and obtaining clearances for the same from design department.
Planning and Coordination of Drawing availability for the required sequences with the Work Sequences
Review and finalize list of Material Submitting and coordinating and obtaining Approvals
Preparation of Method Statements, Submission and Obtaining Approvals
Preparation of Site Work Check Lists (QA Formats) Planning of Man Power, Work Sequences and Activities.
To ensure the construction work as per approved design and drawing for all phases of engineering construction relating to equipment erection and testing.
Daily monitoring of construction progress, considering quality concerns, and ensuring jobsite safety considerations are addressed. It will also include the monitoring of overall transmission line work (11kV to 33kV) and bay-end substation construction work.
Suggest client/EPC for work sequence to be followed as per site conditions and additional resources requirement if any for improving the construction progress.
Conducting weekly review meeting at site with EPC and client representative to assess the construction progress as per schedule and to understand the bottlenecks of various activities. Prepare MOM for each meeting and keep their record for future reference.
Perform all daily inspection to achieve the quality of construction indicated in the drawings and specifications for all works performed by the contractor.
Review of approved electrical drawings received at site and intimate the SEI design team about correction or modification required (if any as per site condition).
