Job Description:Design and development of complete seat system for Automobiles.Project based work planning, scheduling and allocation. EnsureQuality deliverables.   Technical Competency: Seat mechanisms, seat structure. Foam development based on comfort requirement (with variable density requirement) CAD Competency: Ability to work & Hands on experience of design CAD tools like CATIA-V5 & UG-NX, etc. Legal & Ergo. requirement checks Legal checks and compliance Micro feasibility/Concept Engg.: Seat Layout, Feasibility & Master sections Gaps and Flushness scheme execution Product Design Quality Part Design Tolerance Stack-up, GD&T must meets the targets of gaps and flushness. DFMEAs DFA / DFM / DFS All designs must be in line with the specified DVP Product Development: Style verification, Legal & Ergo checks, Seat Comfort analysis, Seat safety requirement fulfillment, Production workability verification Build process check Fitting process / Kinematics design Assemble ability Team development: Product training for Team Great initiator & Motivator to others Able to manage the team cohesiveness activity. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Departmental competency : Resource recruitment Technical Meet the department KPA     Special Keyword:Should have 10+ years experience in design ofautomotive seats and expertise in seat aggregates as structure,mechanism, foam, STO, comfort, etc.Resident Engineer /EDL/SPOC, CAD
