Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems. Providing counseling on policies and procedures. Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
recruiting, training and developing staff
making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
pensions and benefits administration
approving job descriptions and advertisements
looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees
organizing staff training sessions and activities
monitoring staff performance and attendance
advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures
Human resources Qualification Requirements:
For pursuing a course in Human Resource Management, an aspirant should be a bachelor's degree holder (10+2+3 of pattern) in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50 % marks in aggregate. In case of SC/ST/OBC the minimum marks can be 45%.
