Dear All, We have an urgent opening of HR Executive for Delhi Job Role- Hr Executive Experience- Only Fresher can apply Here is the job description for you- Roles & Responsibilities: Research into clients company, competitors and marketplace. Sourcing profiles through various channels, taking telephonic interviews, headhunting, mapping, referencing. Telephonic screening of the profiles for technical fitment, behavioral fitment, stability, etc. as directed by the clients. Lining up candidates for interview. Follow-up with the candidates for post-employment reference checks, notice period negotiations, etc. till joining. Managing the offer process. Maintaining and developing candidates database and trackers. Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job posting by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources.
