Experience : Fresher
Education: Both Graduate or Post Graduate
Age : upto 27 Years
CTC : 1.8 Any Graduate / MBA(Fulltime) - 2.25 Lacs/ Other PG - 2 Lacs
Location : Hyderabad - 30, Vijayawada - 25, Nellore - 12, Vizag 20
Skills Required : Good Communication Skills, Relationship Building & Convincing skills
- Greet the customers walking into the branch and assist them in generating the appropriate token based on their need
- Build an understanding of the available products/ services to answer general customer queries and share the product brochures/ forms with customers
- Redirect customers to the appropriate counter based on their service needs or to branch manager/ RM PB/ CIF/ ACE/ SP in case of product needs.
- Maintain a list of FAQs by customers and proactively seek clarifications.
- Promote registration on digital platforms (YONO,INB) and handhold the customers for the first 1-2 digital transactions. Share information on new products available on digital channels with customers
- Redirect customers to digital channels such as ATM, CDM, Swayam Machine, etc. first wherever relevant
- Engage the premier customers walking into the branch and assist them, in case RM PB/ branch manager are not present in the branch
- Enquire about a requirement for Demat accounts while the customer is waiting to be serviced/ when customer has been serviced
