Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Defining processes for test plans and several phases of testing cycles
• Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria throughout the test planning, test execution, QA and issue tracking phases
• Working with different teams (Engineering/PM/Support) to collect necessary information to ensure complete QA coverage and provide feedback on QA issues
• Managing QA coverage of multiple web-based and mobile projects
• Planning/organising necessary test passes, staying on top of critical issues, triaging bugs, informing on the QA status and driving issues to resolution
• Creating and supporting test dashboards/reports
• Ensuring the QA team is focused on automation along with manual testing.
• Assessing the status of releases and making sure they are on time and of high quality

Required Experience and Skills

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

• QA experience in testing enterprise-grade web and mobile applications
• Extensive knowledge and experience in testing cloud-based solutions
• Extensive knowledge and experience in testing APIs and service end points in distributed systems
• Expertise in using test automation tools and frameworks
• Experience in applying Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban in large, complex projects
• Experience in deploying and scheduling tests using Bamboo/Jenkins/GIT
• Ability in constructing and prioritising test cases
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
