Enterprise Evangelist Internet of Things (IoT) Technology
Job Description
Responsible for advising and guiding on IoT technology adoption programmes within enterprise
Roles and Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy and Evangelism:
o Navigate technology trends and help enterprise customers develop vendor neutral
blueprints for systematic technology adoption
o Establish critical mass of support for common technology use cases , reference
architectures and technical designs within enterprise customers
o Be the voice of the company for select technology service offerings in the external
o Lead and perform billable consulting assignments as needed
o Partnering with the Practice Managers , ensure successful delivery of professional
service engagements to clients
o Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field and be ready to learn new things
Solutions and IP Development:
o Contribute to the development of new ideas , technology solutions and intellectual
o Conduct research and proactively communicate with the internal teams on the
customer needs , emerging opportunities and areas of development
Demonstrated expertise and / or industry certifications in sensor technologies , SCADA ,
embedded systems , internet technologies (such as TCP / IP , HTTP , REST , QUIC , Java , etc.) ,
messaging technologies (such as JMS , AMQP , MQTT , JSON , Apache Thrift , Protobuf , CBOR , etc.) , communication protocols (such as ZigBee , Wi - Fi , Bluetooth , Near Field
Communication , etc.) , cloud technologies , database technologies and security standards
Entrepreneurial passion to develop innovative technology solutions
Strategic thinker , technology leader and change agent
