Job Description

• The person must be hands-on with the development and chemistry of the products.
  
• Must Have working experience Liquid Water proofing Additives Sealants range of products
  
• Bring and develop new concepts /products / new solution to customer/market by understanding market trends, customer expectations in Liquid Waterproofing.
  
• Develop concepts, products and solutions by working with Sales & Marketing team.
  
• Develop and commercialize substitution product required / identified by sales or marketing team.
  
• Preparation of documents during all phases of R & D.
  
• Process improvement in regular product to reduce the cost and improve profits.
  
• Coordination with other plants and production people for smooth transfer of product technology into and out of company.
  
• Support production and QA/QC in case of troubleshooting and resolve customer complaint.
  
• Support sales and marketing team to promote new product/idea to customer by technical presentation.
  
• Visit customers for new product promotion, solving complaint, troubleshooting along with sales or market person.
  
• Monitor team metrics and objectives to ensure delivery of goals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile
Must be a M B.Sc/M.Sc Chemistry/ B.E/B.Tech Chemical Engr
