Job Description

World Class Management (Controller)

Learning and adapting to CNH global guidelines for WCM (Cost Deployment)
Driving the program and updation of global system
Work with Plant Operating team to identify losses and defining projects for cost reduction
Tracking the projects and validation of savings.
Driving the above methodology by weekly interaction with Plant team through Compass Room Meeting

Financial Planning and Analysis

Support FP&A controller for weekly analysis of cost vs Budget/ forecast
Discuss the over-run and under-run for different cost heads with respective departments on a fortnightly basis
Analyse and suggest action plan for over-run
Machine wise/ part wise cost tracking
