To understand Requirements and Specifications of Job Profiles
Search relevant resumes from existing Database, Job Portals, Professional
and Social networking sites
Preliminary Screening & Selecting of candidates through telephonic conversation.
Scheduling and coordinating with the shortlisted candidates for interviews
Ability to Coordinate with clients during the Recruitment & Selection process.
Follow up with the candidates till joining
