Job Description

Responsibilities under BDC for ROTF (85% of time will be spent towards these):
Supporting and tracking Customer Journey
Support on Retention activities
Support on Keep Warm activities
Coordination with the agency
Support on reporting (presentations) for management presentations
Support on Sales Complaints management
Support on documentation on multiple topics
Other Responsibilities:
Planning & execution of customer visits / internal events at COE and plant
Responsible for upkeep of COE in terms of Branding /relevant car displays/ Mercedes Collection etc.
Build relationship with various MB India stakeholders
Basic requirements of the CT:
Fresh graduate or an individual with 2-3 years experience from a good MBA institute (with experience would be preferred)
Technical Skills required: Required to be very well versed in using software like MS PowerPoint, MS Word and MS Excel (management presentations and reporting)
Good analytical skills
Good people skills
Good command over written and spoken English
