Roles and Responsibilities
Location : Delhi
Notice period : Immediate joiner/15 max 30 Days

Diagnosis and troubleshooting of all the Network Devices connected in Airports.
- Firmware upgradation of the Firewall.
- Managing backup of FortiGate firewall, cisco switches and routers.
- Knowledge of Widgets, traffic shaping, policies and web-filters.
- Knowledge of ticketing tools like BMC Remedy.
- Knowledge of Cisco WLC.
- Knowledge of Ruckus.
- Coordination with I.S.P (Airtel, Vodafone, Sify, Tikona, BSNL, Reliance) for P2P & Direct
Drop Links.
- Basic Knowledge of Cisco ISE.
Diagnosis and troubleshooting of all network breakdowns.
- Installing, Managing & troubleshooting network related issues.
- Installing and Configuring LANs, WANs and Internet systems.
- Managing backup of switches and router.
- Detailed knowledge of switching technology like STP, Port Security, Inter VLAN routing.
- Knowledge of routing concepts like static and default routing, RIP and OSPF.
- Planning for network implementation both on Wireless & Fiber.
- Coordination with Airtel and Reliance for P2P & Direct Drop Links.
- Coordination with CRM & Operators for New & Backup Links.
- Responsible for monitoring of all network and system devices on PRTG and Observium.
- In depth knowledge of IPACCT, H-8 SSRMS and BEL Radius server.
- Configuration of SIP Proxy and IP phone.
- Implementing and configuring Network Devices.
- Conducting exams and installing of necessary softwares and other equipment regarding the
exam.
- Maximising network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network
problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on
network optimisation.
