We are looking for Executive Assistant to MD for Chembur
Looking for immediate joining
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 15,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
Gender: Female
Age: 35 - 45 Years
Work Experience: 3 - 5 Years
Skill Set Required
The ideal Female candidate will provide top-level assistance to MD.
Most important skill we look up to is EXCELLENT FOLLOW UP SKILLS.
Should have 3-5 years of experience as an assistant or secretary to the MD of a company.
Has steady experience in admin, coordinating, assisting, secretarial.
Responsibilities
Follow UP on behalf of MD.
Calendar management for MD.
Aid MD in preparing for meetings.
Data Analysis & Reports - MIS.
Other secretarial work as assigned by MD.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Graduation degree or equivalent experience from a reputed Secreterial College.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite especially EXCEL & Word.
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills - Good command over English.

Married, preferably with kids.
Staying 45 mins travelling time from our office. Preferably residing at Ghatkopar, Chembur,
Tilak Nagar, Vidyavihar, Kurla.
Should be unemployed at the moment.
Should be needy for job.
There should be job stability, not someone who has been jumping jobs often.
Should be honest.
Should be open to doing personal tasks of boss.
