Job Description
Lydia Recruiters are hiring for the position of Product Manager - Search for one of our premium Clients
6 days working (Mon to Sat) and Day shift.
Salary would be best of industry standard
Job Details
We are building business centric software products for continuous innovation, market relevance and sustainability. We need innovative product manager who will collaborate with business and technology team and should have solutionist mindset for problem solving. Should be passionate about long term and sustainable product building approach.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a product owner on the scrum team and work with engineers to deliver a quality product.
- Engage with a variety of stakeholders- business teams, technical team to determine business requirements and technical considerations
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and write user stories with story-level acceptance criteria.
- Manage product backlog and sprint priority including creating user stories.
- Ability to analyze metrics and customer behavior data to make intelligent decision on optimizing our search engine.
- Identify keywords for specific landing pages and monitor search results to optimize search performance
Experience / Skills Required
- BS or MS in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical roles
- 3-5 years of related product management experience in a technology company in financial services space.
- Good understanding of DevOps pipeline like Azure DevOps.
- Should have familiarity with Elastic-search, and have good knowledge of search features like auto-suggest/auto-completion and custom ranking of search results
Experience / Skills Desired
- Experience writing documentation and building tools for developers
- Experience in any of the following are could be plus: Lucene based search engine(Elasticsearch, Solar)
- Good to have Experience or familiarity of building Solutions with latest front end technologies (JavaScript libraries like React or Angular, CSS3, HTML5)
- Experience with meta tags, understanding of rules for the different SE algorithm
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM, adobe Analytics, and Search engine optimization best practices
