We are Hiring for Oracle-EBS functional resource for Finance
Job Description (JD) and qualification required for hiring Oracle-EBS functional resource for Finance in Software Development Department
- Qualification: Computer Graduate with Oracle-EBS Certification in Finance Modules (AP , AR, CM , GL , FA ) . Oracle-EBS Certification in Procurement will be added advantage.
Experience: 5 to 7 years of Functional experience in Oracle EBS Application.
- Oracle PL/SQL basic expertise with regards to database data structures of Oracle EBS will be added advantage.

Functional knowledge to understand the requirement and complete the task.

Customization and Personalization
Troubleshooting, debugging
Including OAF

Interface
Troubleshooting, debugging, fixing issues

Support for technical and functional SRs and Patching activities
To raise SR on Oracle site, action plan on Patch releases and effects on existing customization, personalization and any other issues.

WEBADI
New development and modifications, support on the existing WEBADI

Business Processes
Fit Gap Analysis, understanding As-Is business process and accommodate the same is Oracle EBS with configuration and minimum customization.
- Interaction with Business users for requirement gathering and preparation of AIMS documentation, Change Request, Release Notes, etc.
- Should act as a coordinator between EBS functional users and EBS technical experts. Should be able to convert business requirements into technical requirements for the technical team to start the development or fixing task.
- User support (including Site users), troubleshooting and providing solutions and workarounds for the day to day issues encountered.
- Provide Level 1 and 2 end user support, using ticketing system and maintain SLAs.
- Face Audits (ITGC,JSOX)
- Support to Procurement, Finance for month end and year closures. Closure of Inventory Periods.
- Resolve issues proactively which may result into exceptions and cause hindrances in the month end and year end process.
- Should be familiar with instance change management including patch and custom objects.
- Unit testing of new/existing custom objects.
- Should be familiar with Oracle standard APIs and troubleshoot existing interfaces, customizations, personalization.
- Should be familiar with my support Oracle portal for raising technical SRs and concluding the same with Oracle.
- Training end users for usage of EBS (all modules)
- Candidate has to travel to our site offices and stay there for few days to conduct training and awareness programs on Oracle EBS.
- Knowledge or experience in EPC business will be an added advantage.
- Good Communication skills are a must.
