We are hiring for the role of "Patient Counsellor". Interested candidates may send in their updated resume for the rounds of discussion.

Job Description:

  • Approaching the patients in the waiting area of the hospitals in OPDs/health check-up/consultation areas as directed by client team
  • Proactively initiating the conversation on the services offered
  • Discussing with patients on vaccine preventable diseases (Pneumococcal disease) and vaccination benefits
  • Filling the Risk assessment sheet (relevant awareness material) during patient interaction, handing over the same to the patient and encouraging patients to discuss the risk assessment sheet with the physician/HCP during patient doctor consultation
  • On the education front, 12 + 2 will be preferred with good English speaking capability and outgoing personalities who can go and interact with patients to get the health risk assessment form filled up with basic questions.

Education : Diploma / 12+2 ( Life science or any other related stream)

  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology.
  • Diploma in X-Ray Technology.
  • Diploma in Operation Theatre Technology.
  • Diploma in Medical Record Technology.
  • Diploma in Pharmacy
  • Diploma in physiotherapy

Willing to travel to one or two hospitals in a day as and when required.
