Job Description
Urgent Opening for the Design Engineer / Sr. Design Engineer Gurgaon (Sec-18)Designation: - Design Engineer / Sr. Design Engineer / R&D Engineer
Location:- Gurgaon (sec-18)
Qualifications B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Preferred/Additional Qualifications B. Tech in Electronics; Good knowledge in Electronics
Minimum Experience Product design:2 years
Relevant/Additional Experience Production, expert in power electronics design Industry preference Power Electronics Computer Knowledge MS Office, Orcad, Internet Languages English, Hindi, Competencies (Managerial and Behavioral, required for the job) team worker Problem Solving ability
Salary: - As Per Company Standard
Role & responsibility:
1. Product Testing Qualification
1. Perform pilot testing, involving functional and type test as per requirement Conduct tests to check for environmental and electromagnetic interference and electromagnetic compatibility
2. Analyze products, check for faults and propose solutions for rectifying problems
3. Coordinate with external laboratories for test slot availability to get the product qualified
4. Qualification of the products as per customer specifications in the external laboratories
2. R&D Support Internal Liaison
1. Engage in circuit design, measure output and implement breadboard
2. Define line and load regulation requirements and other technical details required for production based on customer specifications
3. Resolve any technical queries of the production team
4. Develop prototypes for the products
5. Assist Production Team in product assembling based on customer specifications
6. Troubleshooting
3. MIS and Documentation
1. Draft and submit weekly report to the Reporting Manager
2. Prepare bill of material, schematic design, PCB design, test report, functional test procedure, environmental test report, failure analysis report, etc.
3. Maintain technical documents as per ISO and CEMILAC standards Acceptance Test Procedure (ATP), Qualification Test Procedure (QTP), Preliminary Design Reports (PDR), etc.
4. Identify and report customer feedback on product improvement
