Job Description
Organizing plant and machinery mobilization/ Maintenance/ selection of skilled staff/ Training/ Cost controlling.Monitoring after/cost analysis/ utilization/management. Accurately assess the preventive, predictive maintenance, equipment efficiency. Approve the Outage Planning, Spares Planning/Machinery Procurement Planning & Logistics
Preparing operational budgets and ensuring adherence to the same
Implementing various techniques for cycle time reduction, entailing identification of opportunities, energy audits, analysis of data, conduction of tests and post audits.
Planning, implementing & monitoring of technological changes to enhance productivity and reduce the down time of machinery.
Timely maintenance of machineries at site level.
Disposal of out dated machineries.
Maintain the minimum inventories level at site.
Ensuring right man at right place.
Selection of appropriate & relevant machineries for right job.
Analysis for the premature failure of the machineries.
Suggesting the Project Manager for finalization of location for Tower Crane/Major plant erection/Dismantling. Handled erection and dismantling of Tower cranes and major plants.
Organize the Technical set up for the Operation and Maintenance activity.
Organize the Technical store for optimum consumption of spares part.
Monitor the site operation activity.
Ensure the timely dispatch of machinery to the require site.
CAPEX and Spares budget, Cost estimation for tendering and contracts.
To evaluate training needs & arrange for Plant & Machinery staff /crews from O&M
Modification in existing machines for safety and power consumption.
Involve in dismantling and erection activity of Tower crane.
Appointing the skilled person for the right job.
Operations & Maintenance, Technical evaluations of all Plant & Machinery.
System and Reports maintained and analyze for improvement and future records.
Ensuring implementation of the maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability.
Prepared the SOP/Risk Assessments for Erection, Dismantling &validation from Clients.
In-charge of all Plants & Machinery /Equipments & Monitor establishments at sites.
Formulate Strategies to ensure minimum breakdown of machines/equipment
Erection & Dismantling of Tower Cranes, Hoists, Boom Placer. To study and validate rigging scheme in consultation with OEM & Safety.
Finalize the P&M equipment specifications for CAPEX& Budgeting for the project
Tendering work in terms of Plant & Equipment for the project.
Mobilize /demobilize, Manpower Allocation of P&M Pan India
Procurement, Hiring, O&M of Construction equipments & heavy machinery (Luffing Tower Crane, Batching Plant, Weigh Bridge, Concrete Pumps, JCB, Bobcat, Golf Machinery, Passenger Hoists, Lifts, Elevators etc.), for all projects.
Prepare MIS/Reports and summarize data as and when required in SAP/ERP system.
Be the in charge of the area for achievement of mission of Plant & Machinery Dept for all sites in Mumbai Region.
Organize, monitor and execute maintenance of Plants & attending to the points.
Coordinating the mobilization of plants to various sites & to check idle equipment at sites.
Planning & making the budges for site equipments, analyses of O&M, spare purchase.
Ensure Audit Compliance at all Sites through Third Party.
To ensure that Site Activity is done optimally by ensuring Right people at the right time at the right place with relevant machinery.
