Job Description
EXECUTORY FUNCTION: -Received of all Raw Materials Edit - Aggregates, Cement, Steel, Furnace Oil, sand, Emulsions etc.
Maintain the Maximum & Minimum stock level as per ABC analysis norms.
To verify the all suppliers bills with DC & PO and submitted to Account Dept.
Maintenance of Day-to-Day Activity in ERP System of all material movements like
Purchase Requ.. GRN, Issue Indent, Returnable Material).
Maintenance of all manual registers for Bulk, Consumable Material & Assets.
Making of Daily Flash Report and Progress Report.
Preparation of monthly Reconciliation of star Material.
Submission of Material Stock Statement.
CONTROLING FUNCTION: -
Handling the all type of material issue for client.
Handling the all material transfer to various sites.
Handling the bulk material & distribution like Steel, Cement & Diesel.
Verification of physical inventory with system on monthly Basis.
Controlling of all consumable material.
Collect the daily basis issue note book and booked.
Inventory Control.
STORE FUNCTION:-
Setting up the procedures regarding the full & final statement of the all Material.
Preparing of Debit Note of Subcontractor and Forward to Quantity Survey for Billing.
Preparing of Purchase Requisition as per Requirements in ERP System.
Making the Co-ordination of Companys all Material movements.
Maintaining the site issue material management.
To check stock register on daily Basis & verify physical balance.
Preparing of Monthly Stock Statement.
PURCHASE FUNCTION:-
Co-ordinate with all concerns departments for purchase requisition as per
requirement.
Collection the PR from various Dept. and arrange the quotation from Suppliers.
Raising purchase order after linking Indents & Purchase Requisition, Raising enquiry for Quotation to the suppliers.
Collect the Quotation from vendor, prepare the comparative statement and generate
the Purchase Order in ERP system.
Follow up the delivery of material.
Arrange the required material to various Sites.
Follow up the pending & Open Purchase Orders.
Maintain the all Purchase Order proper record.
Develop the new Vendor as per Company Norms.
