Job Description

Hi,

We have an urgent opening with our esteemed client. Our client is India's Leading Online Destination for Personal Care and Grooming.

Location : Mumbai (Ghatkopar)

Designation : Catalogue Executive

Experience : Min 6 months experience as Catalogue Executive / Ecommerce Executive

Roles & Responsibilities :

Drives continuous improvement initiatives with carriers, fulfilment centers, customer service and retail teams to improve customer experience, costs or processes
Populating content for the product catalog on company Web Site
Interacting/coordinating with vendors/manufacturers for monthly catalog updation and to
accurately reflect the product catalog for rates, product details and other product-related information
Identifying and correcting errors/complaints, maintaining records of work received and work performed
Handle the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLA are met per quality standards
Flexible with working schedule; expected to work weekends when required
Willingness to take initiatives & responsibilities
Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done
