Job Description

Responsible for Execution of production plan.
Responsible for safety of people, products and machinery/Equipment
Responsible for Co-ordinating with other departments for smooth execution of operations during the shift.
Responsible for cost control of production during the shift.
Responsible for manpower allocation and deployment/ Checking PPE during deployment
Responsible for ensuring process parameters as per specification in order to achieve quality of products produced.
Responsible for line efficiency and yields.
Responsible for on job training of Contract workmen
Responsible for ensuring timely completion of Production related ERP activities in the shift
Responsible for implementation of any Quality system or safety system in Production department
Responsible for achieving Production KPI's as per the business plan
Responsible for timely updation of boards
Responsible for providing the production data for weekly/monthly manufacturing review
