Overview
In this position you will be directly involved in a business that is critical to the enablement of employees, partners, customers and the future workforce. Reporting to the Vice President Training & Certification, the Sr. Manager, Partnerships is responsible for sourcing, establishing, maintaining and growing business relationships with leading training partners for Automation Anywhere in India. In this important role you will work cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple functions. You will drive the vetting and acquisition of new training partners, managing the relationship of existing partners and enabling to meet the rapidly growing demand for training on Automation Anywhere products, while ensuring training partners are positioned to meet AAUs standards of excellence and best-in-class training and certification experiences.
We are looking for someone with a strong business development and partnerships background, preferably with knowledge of the IT and business training and certification space in India. The ideal candidate will be creative, resourceful, versatile, able to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution, and manage multiple processes independently.
Primary Duties
Manage and execute training partnerships strategy for India.
Create and maintain a pipeline of new training partnership opportunities, delivering on quarterly and annual goals enabling Automation Anywhere to meet rapidly growing market needs.
Identify, develop, negotiate, and close large-scale training partnership deals
Develop and maintain a strategy to enhance existing partnerships and monitor portfolio health
Develop and drive detailed schedules, communicate milestones and deliverables.
You will be sufficiently familiar with our product and technology to engage in thoughtful product discussions and hands-on demonstrations to decision makers and stakeholders, as required.
A large portion of your time will be external facing. You will measure the pulse of the training and certification market, manage partner expectations and communicate relevant information back to the organization
Minimum Qualifications
MBA or relevant Masters degree preferred
Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large technology or training deals
Strong business development aptitude and attitude with a successful and progressive track record
12+ years of work experience in Enterprise Software companies or IT training and certification
Strong understanding of the IT training space, marketing and business development including scaling channels / alliances (Adding more partners, partner sales and success teams)
Has systematically scaled partnerships and exponentially grown
Experience maintaining a pipeline of partnership opportunities and providing regular forecasts.
Experience preparing and delivering business reviews to senior management.
Experience in the technical training services and business skills education space a plus

Is a creative, flexible, and works well in a fast-paced, results-driven, deadline-focused environment
Is a self-starter owning success metrics and taking processes from start to finish
Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication/presentation skills, and a proven ability to work collaboratively across number of internal and external teams
