Brief about the Role:
[24]7.ai is hiring an engineer with an entrepreneurial mind-set to be part of the Target Engineering team. Target Engineering team is a small team responsible for Development of [24]7 Target Product. The [24]7 Target uses the power of big data and machine learning to deliver highly personalized content and creative across multiple devices and channels. Analyze more clicks, create unique personas, and pinpoint consumer intent for better results on a bigger scale.
Our Product/Engineering team is focused on building an end to end Digital Marketing platform that helps our clients to run efficient Digital Marketing Campaigns across multiple channels and devices. We leverage AI and technology to Targeting, Media Optimization, Delivering Personalized Creatives and In-flight optimizations & Measurement.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors / Masters preferably CSE and from a reputed institution.
- 8 - 12 Years of hands-on development experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferably from Product Development background
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills, with hands on software development experience.
- Solid CS fundamentals is a must. (Data structures, Algorithms, OS, Databases).
- Technologically savvy with excellent communication abilities.
- Expert level knowledge on Fundamentals of Web & RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on in JavaScript & Core Java.
- Very good in Web fundamentals like HTTP, Cookies, Local Storage, Iframe, Callbacks / Web hooks, is must
- Nice to have exposure on frameworks like React.js/Angular.js.
- Familiarity with SQL, NoSQL data stores and/or big data technologies
- Excellent communication and technical leadership skills.
- Experience of building Products from Scratch to taking it live with real consumers with good understanding of complete Software Development cycle.
- Nice to have working in High traffic / volume internet application.
- Adtech/Ads/Ad domain knowledge is wished to have.
Key Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will work with Product Manager, External customers, 3rd party vendors, Domain Experts, Sales and Data Sciences team of Target Product to research on features and come up with an approach to its solution.
- Research, conceptualize and develop new prototype and features from grounds up.
- Able to understand the system Architecture, code & functionality of Product and able to evolve the product-Target.
- Core responsibility is building / coding the software and working with various cross functional teams as and when needed.
- Actively involved in end to end development of efficient, scalable, high traffic, high volume software product Ad Tech domain.
- Actively involved design and development of new features from scratch.
- Involved in hands-on coding.
- Guide the team members and code-review.
- Able to provide technical direction to team, hands on in building the functionality, enhance the existing the architecture.
- Will work on AWS & Google Cloud (GCP).
- You will work on incremental deliveries, so you see your work gets visibility quickly. Solve all problems that come your way.
Desirable Credentials:
- Experience of working with Google Cloud Platform or other Cloud Platforms.
- Exposure of working with Sales, Marketing team. Being part of selling concepts to Clients and delivering it.
- Contributor to open source technologies.
