Roles and Responsibilities
1.Gathering operational data about from various managers on recruitment, open positions, ongoing changes and producing reports
2. Maintain MIS of project wise Head Count - additions, attrition and ramp-downs. Efficiently manage and report on weekly basis
3. Timely management of resource allocations and de-allocations
4. Work with finance team for Project creation, managed changes for the project and closure of projects
4. Finance MIS - update delivery projections n SFDC and produce quarterly projections
5. Contract staff management - onboarding to project and exits. Maintain data of contract on costs and revisions.
6. Costing sheet preparation as per the SOW and PO
7. Support order booking in managing SOW and PO updates in SFDC for deal closures by working with sales team
8. Client timesheet management - Collect, prepare, and send it client for approval and drive it to closure across various projects
9. Contract renewal SOW preparation and submission.
