Opening For Loan Officer (Field Sales Officer)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Field Officers/Loan Officers will be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. This outbound/field job requires basic understanding of sales process and dynamics with good interpersonal skills.

• Qualification: Fresh Graduates/12th pass with experience

• Age: 18 to 28 years

• Required Documents: Resume, PAN, Aadhar card

• Required Knowledge, skills and abilities:
• Ability to sell
• Ability to handle customers efficiently
• Possess excellent verbal communication skills and negotiation skills
• Having high degree of self-motivation and ambition
• Capability to grow in a competitive environment
• Proficiency in vernacular & Hindi Language

Experience: 0 to 3 years

Annual CTC: 1.30 Lac (Petrol Allowance + Performance Based Incentive)
