SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to lead management and optimization of a CAFM tool which contains building documentation, space data, and occupancy data, and used for a variety of purposes. Its main function is space data management and documentation. This position is responsible for supporting accurate and timely data availability to clients, vendors and occupancy planners involved in the design, management, and delivery of real estate solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day management of global space, occupancy, and reporting platform.
  • Act as a single point of contact for the CAFM database and application related support and subject matter expertise for all CAFM related requests.
  • Liaise with on-site teams and Occupancy Planners to capture changes and ensure SLAs and report delivery deadlines are met. Perform necessary data auditing activities.
  • Coordinate with CAD Manager to ensure underlying CAD drawings, space data, and occupancy data are in constant state of readiness.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of data for the region.
  • Update floor seating allocations and cost centre allocations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date floor plans, space allocation and headcount data.
  • Work with IT to manage and resolve issues with HR data feed and other technologies as required.
  • Responsible for systems administration, maintain and manage user access right, end-user training and support.
  • Provide the data and metrics efficiently as and when required.
  • Respond to enquiries from other users.

REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

Bachelors degree from recognized university with 3 years experience directly related to the implementation, management, and operation of CAFM systems; or equivalent combination of education and experience. AutoCAD knowledge is required. CAFM software experience is required

Communication Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to clients. Ability to effectively present information.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the complex documents. Effective analytical and problem solving skills.

Other Skills and Abilities

Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite Products. Ability to document processes, procedures, and best practices. Ability to adapt to change when necessary. Familiar with system furniture design and modular furniture while demonstrating knowledge and adherence to building regulations and health & safety guidelines.
