Job Description

Position: Executive/Assistant Manager

Grade: GB01/GB02

Job Locations are: Vellakoil, Pattukottai, Kalpakam, Madurai, Nagercoil, Mettupalayam Perambalur

Responsibilities -

To achieve given Sales nos through customer walk in
Work closely with the branch Service executives to drive Gold loan customers for fulfilment
Ensuring policy adherence and meeting compliance requirement
Tracking Approval rate & other critical SLA deliverables for Gold loan product.
Supporting Assayer in Operations /documentation

Requirement :

Graduate with 1-5 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of Gold Loan Sales (Mandatory)
Good Selling skills
Good Interpersonal skills
