About the Role
This role is a strategic role where in Incumbent is responsible for end to end recruitment right from laying the whole hiring strategy to selection of technical and/or senior management staff from internal and external sources. He or she will lead one /or Multiple lines of business and is expected to develop effective working relationships with management, Internal Sourcing Team and recruitment agencies to hire for various levels across the respective Line of business. This Person will report to Recruitment Manager and he or she is expected to manage a team of recruiters and expected to lead and manage the Hiring strategy, Performance Management, Compliance and Stakeholder Management Key Responsibilities
