Roles and Responsibilities

Senior Desktop Support Engineer@ Indore,Manali,jaipur.

Responsible for handling daily technical support activities related to desktops/laptops.

Troubleshooting and installation of desktop/laptop OS Interacting with staff on desktop related problems and providing their resolutions.

Basic knowledge of ticketing tool to assign, update and close calls in tool Basic Understanding of LAN network and troubleshooting. Basic Knowledge of AD Server, DNS Server, DHCP Server, Proxy Server.
