Job Description

Number of positions: 20 (MILLING & TURNING)

Education: ITI /Diploma

Experience: 2-7 years of experience

Notice Period : 15 days to 1 month

Location: Devanahalli , Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities

• Producing machined parts by Setting up & Operating VMC machines (3/4/5 Axis) with Haas / Siemens / Heidenhain control along with maintaining Quality & Safety standards.

• Ensuring Equipment Health and producing parts as per the production plan.

• Plans & keep fixtures, clamping elements, tooling etc., ready for next setting well in advance & ensure to utilize the machine with minimum stoppages.

• Sets-up cutting tools as per the job requirements.

• Adjusting and reprogramming controls, timely replacement of worn tools

• Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs.

- Experience in CNC or VMC machining operations

- Experience in Siemens / Heidenhain / Fanuc control
