7. Follow appropriate change management procedures to manage and document changes to production systems

8. Implementation of medium/large-sized Coldfusion and Oracle development projects

9. Monitor operational environment to ensure internal and customer Service Level Agreements are meet

10. Identify and implement technical and process improvements to enhance system availability, performance and security

11. Develop technical system support documentation

12. Manage open issues queue on a daily basis. This will involve the ability to quickly diagnose the root cause of the issue and development of the appropriate fix for the problem with company prescribed SLAs.
