Note :

• This role involves working into shifts only.
• Also, note that this will be under Support Service domain of Cybage hence the designation will be given accordingly

Please find JD for below requirement.

• 3-5 years of experience in PL/SQL, stored procedure, views in SQL server.
• 2-3 of Experience in SQL server Integration service (SSIS).
• 3 years of application support experience with SQL query writing skills and High Jump
• Should be aware of Incident Management Process
• Should have experience in Problem and Incident management.
• Should have client facing experience along with good communication.
• Experience in JIRA and/or Service Now ticketing tools.
• Should identify automation opportunity and process improvements.
• Experience in SSAS and AWS would an added advantage.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Trouble shoot data issues, Data analysis and report any data discrepancies.
• Monitor daily operational jobs.
• Analyse Operate failures and coordinate with Project and Engineering team.
• Work on Fix and response tickets.
• Communication with Project and Engineering team
