We have Job Opportunity for Senior Executive - HR ( Recruitment)
Job Location - Andheri East ( Mumbai)
Experience - 2 to 5 years into recruitment and operations.
CTC can be offered upto 25,000 - 30,000/- per month
Job Description:
- A) Selection & Recruitment
Responsible for selection and recruitment for Pan India and ensure gap is filled within timelines.
Identifying new source of recruitment to fill manpower gap.
Tracking manpower cost & count gym wise to ensure region manpower cost is within budgets.
Responsible for complete on boarding, joining formalities and Induction training for the new joinees in the region.
- B) HR Operations
Responsible for issuing appointment letter, name badge, ESIC cards, uniform to all employees in region.
Responsible for update company software with all employee information and movements, regarding transfers, promotions, terminations, resignation etc.
Responsible for updating and maintaining personal files for the employees in the region.
Responsible for regular Gym visit especially on Maintenance day and to solve employee grievances.
