Job Description

Essential Job Functions:

- Review and provide Quality Control feedback on guarantee file compilation completed by internal staff

- Follow quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with scopes of work

- Must be able to fulfill the role of subject matter expert for the team and scope assigned

- Assist with required and/or identified training needs as it relates to quality control

- Analyze individual guaranty and closing files and determine compliance with applicable investor checklists

- Identify all red flags within a guarantee or mortgage file and report to leadership

Requirements:

3+ years in the mortgage industry, with a minimum of 2 years focused on Quality Control
Need to have excellent communication skills
Demonstrate ability to work independently in a team environment
Graduation in any Degree is mandatory
Shifts: 24*7 shifts, rotational offs
