Establish and evolve formal QA processes,

Ensure that industry standard best practices are used in development and QA

Act as key point of contact for all aspects of QA

Coordinate resources, internal and external

Define quality metrics and track against them

Desired Profile

Passionate QA professional with the ability to setup and lead the QA organization. Should be well versed with QA processes and should have sound knowledge of functional, performance and security testing aspects of products.
