Permanent Work from Home Yes, candidate must have and maintain a home office set up with fiber optic internet connection and desktop/laptop with at least 6 GB Ram to start working immediately.
Location : All Cities/Towns in India
Job Description:
- Must have at least 1.5+ years to 5 years of experience in IT Recruitment for domestic Indian Market.
- Must have Handled full life cycle of contract / fulltime IT recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
- Experience hiring using social media, Networking is highly preferred.
- Excellent knowledge in Job portal searches, like Naukri, Monster.
- Must have good experience in sourcing profiles based on job specifications and skill sets as per clients requirements.
- Must have strong technical knowledge in present day IT technologies and must be able to illustrate when required.
- Must be a Strong team player and a lead with positive mind-set to drive results from the team
- The ideal candidate would possess high energy, be highly motivated and self-directed.
- MUST have very good command in verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment
- Any experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases would be a plus.
