Our Project Management business is looking for a team member in the Design (Fit-Out) function for the Bangalore location.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for Conceptualization of Design Ideas and Translate the same into actual designs after thorough research of the client requirements and business in line with the client / proposed project budget and timelines.
- Interact with various clients and client stakeholders to close design concepts and other design-related decisions.
- Interact with client stakeholders to derive the brief and convert the same into planning layouts that satisfy the requirements
- Work closely with the India Design Head and the Team projects Coordinator to create and modify the concepts and project-related documentation and sanitize the same to adhere to the required design and drawing standards
- Research the market for new products and catalog the same in price and delivery standpoint - to establish a ready reckoner library
- Liaise with Industry, consultants for coordination on services to ensure the proposed design is translated accurately on paper and then also at the site
- Should be able to travel PAN India for various project deliverables and stages related to design.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 12+ yrs of overall experience
- Worked on Corporate interiors projects - anything between a scale of 10K sq.ft to 5 lakh sq.ft
- Exposure to Bangalore, Karnataka markets
- BE / B.Arch/ suitable course in interior design
- Consultants - Architecture and Interior Design firms
- Should have worked on conceptualizing design ideas for corporate fit-out projects
- leadership skills to lead a team of young designers and mentor them to achieve the desired output
- Good communication skills & a self-starter with a positive attitude.
