Roles and Responsibilities

Our client has an urgent opening of Sales & Business Development Manager Corporate and Online. This person will be working closely with the founder CEO.


Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation through Order Closure: Full-cycle experience with sales target responsibility
  • Comfortable in cold calling CXOs, Senior executives and all levels of hierarchy
  • Increase sales opportunities by leveraging existing client base and developing new client leads via cold-calling, networking and relationship building including other techniques
  • Educate the prospects on company capabilities and core service offerings to generate a highly predictable sales pipeline for our sales teams
  • New client acquisition
  • Achieve sales targets for Institutional, Corporate and Online sales

Qualifications

  • 5+ years proven track record of generating service business B2B sales, corporate sales, Tele- sales
  • Must have an existing potential client base across industries
  • Excellent presentation and strong written and oral communication skills - Ability to demonstrate and present core service solutions to customers and prospects is essential
  • Excellent B2B sales skills and proven record of achieving sales targets in an inside sales environment
  • Adaptability and flexibility to support the organizations needs and growth
  • Bachelors or masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or any related field

Job type: Full time, Permanent, WFH (Will be WFO after lockdown)

Salary: Rs 6.00 LPA

Incentives: Post probation period of six months. 5% per deal on sales target achievement
