DC Ops Specialist - Bengaluru/Bangalore - NTT @ NTT Data

Responsibilities

• The Control-M Workload Automation Analyst will participate in driving the strategy, service delivery and customer support of BMC Workload Automation
• Control-M. The candidate will provide services in job scheduling, scripting/programming (of robust automation processes) and liaise with Information technology and business technology personnel.
• In the function the role will entail creation and maintenance of job scheduling flows, providing product support, delivering end user training and participating in various projects related to Control-M and other supported products the team supports.
• Additional tasks will include ensuring proper documentation for work performed, management of robust SOPs, training, communication (for maintenance/activities) and assisting application teams in general with fulfillment of requests related to Scheduling.

Qualifications

• Control-M Workload Automation (Control-M) version 8/9 ,
• Unix/Linux System Administration experience, programming experience with proficiency in Unix Shell (Korn, C, Bash) scripting,
• Working knowledge of programming language (Perl, HTML, JavaScript),
• Experience working as a Control-M Scheduler in a distributed environment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong documentation and automation skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, root cause analysis and permanent problem resolution skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to define projects and tasks.
• Willing to work in 24*7 shift.
