Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Desired Candidate Profile
High energy, solution focused with a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate keen logical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and empathize with Customers
Willingness to work to high performance targets as well as an inquisitive and improvement based approach to work are critical competencies for this role.

*Shift* - 247 , 9 hours login (including break of 1 hr)
*Education qualification* - Grad / UG any (minimum 12th Pass with decent communication)
*System Requirement* - candidate having own system/laptop with windows 10, I3 processor, with processor speed of 1.6 ghz, 4 gb ram and web cam.
