Qualification and Requirements:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering
10 years of proven working experience in civil
engineering
Project management and supervision skills
Job Duties and Responsibility:
Managing parts of construction projects
Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure
they are followed correctly
Supervising contracted staff

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Commercial awareness Teamworking and relationship-building skills Communication skills
Technical skills

Billing engineer(civil construction)
Billing engineer- prepare bill of quantities and bills of rates from tender
2:-Get the bills certified from the clients
3 prepare and process subcontractor bills
4Data entry and analysis in erp software
10 years experience in quantity survey,bill certification,BOQ prepration,vendor management and negotiation in large commercial fitout projects.
B.tecg/BE(civil)
