To have a good Sales Team in place as per plan (No of BDEs)
To do micro marketing activities
Ensure proper tracking of BDEs
Motivate the Sales Team to perform
Increase the book of the branch
Maintain Cost of acquisition low by acquiring bigger value accounts

Desired Candidate Profile:

Good Communication Skills Preferred
5-6 years of direct sales experience with Team handling experience of one year.
Prefer candidates from Retail Sales Experience (Banking / Non- Banking/ Insurance/ NBFCs/Securities etc )Appointment fixing, meeting clients and daily tracking should be part of current KRA.
Should have understanding of Digital space and be comfortable with mobile based tools CRM for lead tracking.
