Job Description
Dear Candidate,
We are hiring for HR Recruiter for our internal team. Please find below the details for your reference:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Network through industry contacts, social media, and employees.
- Develop and track goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Self-Source potential candidates from various platforms. (e.g., social media)
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
- Interview candidates. (via phone, video and in-person)
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.
- Provide shortlistings of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
- Send job offer emails and answer queries related to compensation and benefits.
- Monitor key HR metrics, includingtime-to-fill,time-to-hireandsource of hire.
- Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Skills Required:
- Must be from TA background
- Min 2 years exp in the similar industry or consultancy
- Can work under pressure of targets
- Good communication skills
Preferred from NBFC / Recruitment Firm
Industry Handled: BFSI
